Oh, so you survived the last tutorial and going to join me for another one?? *S*
Well lets get started...

First off I'm assuming that you have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro.
Below is a link to the zipped file with the supplies that you will need for this tutorial. Several tubes, the background graphic,animated wave gif and I also included the font that I used.

Begin with opening your Jasc Animation Shop. Go to FILE, OPEN, the animated wave gif file that I included in the zipped folder. EDIT, select all, RIGHT click on one of the frames. EXPORT to PSP.

Once your in Paint Shop Pro, keep the Wave gif open but drag down to bottom of window..where you can still see the top of the window. Proceed to open all your tubes your going to use, also the beach jpg background graphic.
Your window should look kind of like this below.

Copy & paste all the tubes your going to use. EACH on their OWN layer. That way you can move them around as you like.

Create a NEW layer, name it NAME. Now open your FONT tool and type in the word that you want, using the the Vagabond font.Foreground and background colors on WHITE. Size 100. Use MOVE tool to position the word where you'd like on the background..about in the center. Be careful not to move again. Go to SELECTIONS now and go down to SAVE to ALPHA CHANNEL. Name it and click OK.

Ok make a NEW LAYER, name it Shading. Go to SELECTIONS, Load from ALPHA CHANNEL, click the channel you had just created. Go to SELECTIONS again INVERT then go to EFFECTS, 3D effects, DROP SHADOW and use these settings. I used #38A09F for the shade color. This depends on what color scheme your using..

OHHHHH, I almost forgot..your lil fish tube...Copy & Paste it onto new layer..You will have to resize it. use these settings for that. 85% of original size.

Time to put a drop shadow on your words. Make sure the NAME layer is selected on the palette box. Use these settings.Also apply a drop shadow to each one of the tubes.. and While your at it place your tubes to where you want them in your picture.

Hide all the layers except the tube layers now. MERGE, MERGE VISIBLE.
