Hope your not totally lost by now LOL.. Don't forget to SAVE often..If you goof up use your REDO button. LOVE that button!!! *S*

Next on your palette window make sure that your NAME layer is selected.



Go down to your WAVE.gif and highlight the window. Go to Palette box and Highlight the FRAME ONE.
Then up to EDIT, COPY. Click on the other widow *to make it active* that you've been working on right click on it PASTE as NEW layer.Name this as WAVE 1.


This should put the wave layer right above the NAME layer. Notice that the wave isn't big enough to cover the name. Use your DEFORMATION tool and 'stretch' the wave so it will be long enough to cover the words. Make sure it reaches low enough too. Don't worry about the excess hang over right now..We will trim that later on.

You repeat this with EACH of the other FRAMES of the WAVE. Name each of the wave Layers on the layers palette. Wave 1, Wave 2, Wave 3, Wave 4.
REMEMBER after EACH one that you use the DEFORMATION tool on... go to EFFECTS and SHARPEN!!

You should now have a total of 8 layers. The bottom background layer, NAME, wave 1, wave 2, wave 3, wave 4, shading, merged tubes. DUPLICATE all layers 3 times EXCEPT the WAVE layers. When you get finished... you should have 4 layers of EACH original layer.

On the layers palette highlight the WAVE 1 layer. Go to SELECTIONS, LOAD FROM ALPHA CHANNEL..LOAD the name again..SELECTIONS, INVERT..CUT. Highlight the next WAVE 2 layer.. CUT...Highlight WAVE 3 CUT, Highlight WAVE 4, CUT. Only needed to INVERT ONCE. All the excess wave outside of the name should all be gone now.

MERGE time!!!

HIDE all the layers EXCEPT the original 5 layers

With just those original layers showing, MERGE, Merge VISIBLE. Drag this Merged layer down to bottom of layer palette.

Next you merge the next bkg,name,wave,shading,& tube layers. Drag down to bottom. HIDE the other layers plus the one before you MERGED..so on and so on.

Your layer palette should look like this... only 4 merged layers left.

Save your work in PSP format and close it out, making sure that all the layers are visible. Its safe to close your wave gif too.
Your animation shop is still open so you go to FILE,OPEN and open your Wave graphic you just saved over in PSP.
Go to EDIT, SELECT ALL, Right click on a frame. Click FRAME Properties. Set the frame speed to 25.
